1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using quarterednyc.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use this site. Quartered NYC LLC reserves the right to update these terms at any time, and continued use of the site constitutes acceptance of any changes.

2. Products & Pricing

All products are subject to availability. Prices are listed in U.S. dollars and may change without notice. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion, including in cases of pricing errors or suspected fraudulent activity.

3. Payment Terms & Deposits

Payment is due at the time of purchase unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. For certain high-value or custom orders, we may require a deposit to confirm your order, with the remaining balance due prior to delivery. Deposits are non-refundable except as outlined in our Returns & Refunds policy below. We accept payment via credit card or wire transfer. All transactions are processed securely.

4. Shipping & Delivery

We ship within the contiguous United States only. We do not ship internationally or to Hawaii or Alaska. Customers within 50 miles of New York City are eligible for white glove delivery, including in-home placement and packaging removal. For customers outside this radius, freight shipping costs are quoted separately based on location and confirmed before an order is finalized. Delivery timelines are estimates and not guaranteed. Quartered NYC LLC is not liable for delays caused by third-party carriers or circumstances outside our control.

5. Returns & Refunds

All sales are final unless the item arrives damaged or is materially different from its description. Damage claims must be reported within 3–5 days of delivery with photographic documentation. Approved returns or exchanges are handled on a case-by-case basis at the sole discretion of Quartered NYC LLC. We do not accept returns due to buyer's remorse, change of preference, or sizing issues. Refunds, if approved, will be issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on quarterednyc.com — including but not limited to photography, copy, branding, and design — is the property of Quartered NYC LLC and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content from this site without prior written permission. Any unauthorized use may result in legal action.

7. Dispute Resolution

We hope to resolve any concerns directly and encourage you to contact us first at joshua@quarterednyc.com. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, both parties agree to submit to binding arbitration in the State of New York under the rules of the American Arbitration Association. You waive any right to a jury trial or class action proceeding. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Quartered NYC LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of this site or the purchase of any product. Our total liability in any matter shall not exceed the amount paid for the item in question.
